He holds a National Diploma in Banking and the Regulatory RE5 qualification, giving him a strong foundation in financial services and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining My Debt Hero, Jacobus served as Regional Manager for Bidvest Bank Corporate, overseeing the Northern and Southern Suburbs regions. There, he worked closely with business clients on foreign exchange contracts for imports and exports, while leading high-performing teams. This experience gave him valuable insight into both corporate and personal financial management.
